Doctors: Restrict e-cigarette marketing to minors

The American Medical Association cited the alarming growth of sales of e-cigarettes to minors. The nation’s largest doctors group called on the Food and Drug Administration to adopt tighter regulations on the sale and marketing of electronic cigarettes to minors.
Citing what it described as alarming growth of sales of e-cigarettes to minors, the American Medical Association ratcheted up its opposition on the sale of the nicotine-delivery devices to minors and urged the FDA to bolster regulation of the popular devices.
